In a conversation with Chris Dyer from the TalentTalk Radio Show, our CEO, Jenn Graham, discussed what it means to leverage our circles of influence for change. She acknowledged the self-awareness needed from leaders looking to build more inclusive communities, and the ongoing nature of DEI work. “Inclusivity,” she said, “is not a check the box kind of thing. If you ever feel like that… that’s when you’ve stopped learning.”
